2. OVERVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms govern your use of this website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. COMPLAINTS & WARRANTIES
Legal Guarantee: In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.
Reporting Issues: Should a product be defective or non-conforming, you must report the issue to sales@limtelal.com within 30 days of discovery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
Resolution: We acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) within 14 days of verifying the claim.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us via sales@limtelal.com. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND SITE ACCESS
All content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Trevano Solutions S.R.L. or its licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized scraping, virus distribution, or interference with site operations is strictly prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied). Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the national laws of Romania.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be addressed through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Jurisdiction: Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Electronic Communication: Notices provided in electronic form satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
Survival: Provisions that impose continuing obligations (e.g., Indemnification, Limitation of Liability) shall survive the termination of these Terms.
